One healthy, fun and delicious way to enjoy water is by filling it with your favourite fruit flavours. You don’t have to buy a high-sugar fruit juice to enjoy the taste of oranges in liquid form. Rather than buying a bottled drink, consider instead filling a bottle of water with your favourite fruits in their whole form.
You can do this any number of ways. Try filling your bottle with lemon, lime and mint for a delicious citrus flavour. Or, add a refreshing splash of sliced cucumbers to your water to give it a slight flavour and a little colour. The best part about this drink is that it is 100% healthy, you can get creative with it, and you’re still hydrating yourself by drinking it.
Plain Tea or Coffee
Don’t worry – tea and coffee are safe! While you will want to stay away from filling your tea or coffee with a lot of milk and sugar, you can enjoy these drinks in their natural form guilt-free. A cup of black coffee in the morning can help wake you up without the sugar rush.
